  1. Contact the Clearinghouse for more information and a copy of the StudentTracker for High Schools agreement.

  2. After we receive your signed agreement, you will be contacted by a StudentTracker Client Coordinator. The coordinator will assist you through your StudentTracker implementation.
  3. Pay the invoice. For high schools and districts, the cost is $425 per high school per year, which includes unlimited use of StudentTracker.
  4. Transmit files to the Clearinghouse via Secure FTP. An FTP account will be created for you during the implementation process and the details will be sent to you by your StudentTracker coordinator.
  5. Contact the Clearinghouse if you have questions or need assistance.
